Please keep in mind that we reject the unauthorized collection of e-mails posted on this Web site using e-mail collection programs or other technical mechanisms. The violation of this will incur a criminal punishment pursuant to the Information Communication Network Law. [Posted on September 1, 2003] If a person conducts an authorized collection, selling, and distribution of e-mails using technical mechanisms, he or she will face fines of up to 10 million won pursuant to Article 50, Section 2 of the Information Communication Network Promotion and Information Protection Laws. If a member has sustained any damage from such unauthorized collection of e-mails using the abovementioned technical mechanisms, the member is advised to report this to the Korea Spam Response Center at (☎1336) or via its homepage (www.spamcop.or.kr). Article 50, Section 2 of the Information Network Law (Ban on the unauthorized collection of e-mails,etc.): ① No one shall use programs designed for the automatic collection of e-mails or other technical mechanisms, or shall collect e-mails from Internet homepages that specify a ban on collecting e-mails. ② No one shall violate Section 1 above or shall collect, sell, and distribute e-mails. ③ No one shall use e-mails that he or she knows had been collected, sold, or distributed in violation of the ban under Sections 1 and 2 above to transmit information.
