2008 Korean Festival will open during the first week of October.
We hope that many talented overseas Koreans will be interested in
participating and celebrating this year's festival.
As history demonstrates, Koreans are highly creative and possess a unique culture.
Sponsored by the Overseas Koreans Foundation and managed by Arirang TV, the 2008 Korean Festival hopes to bring overseas Koreans to celebrate through performances and events our common culture.
Furthermore, we hope to create the opportunity for Koreans and overseas Koreans to connect and learn about each other and to confirm the endless potential that we as a people possess thanks to our common heritage. We look forward to carrying out successfully this year’s festival with the participation of many Koreans living abroad.

- Audiovisual material of performance. If visual material is unavailable then audio file will do.
- Documentation of citizenship/residence of overseas Koreans
· Citizen: copy of citizenship or passport
· Resident: Copy of residency card
※ Copy must include photograph, renewal/reapplication/extension of expired
or nearly expired documentation.
- Residency in Korea for 5+ years: Certificate of Alien Registration
