Recover your lost ID/password by logging in and clicking Find ID/password.


[How to find ID/password]

① Find ID - Enter 1) your name and 2) email registered during join membership. Your ID will be sent to your email.

② Find password - Enter 1) ID, 2) name, and 3) email. A temporary password will be sent to your email.

After logging in, change the temporary password immediately.

You can change your password as the following:

① After login, click on [My Page] on the top.

② From the left menu, click on [Change My Info].

③ Enter your new password.

④ Reenter your new password, then click [OK].

* Your password must be 8-12 characters long and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special character. (10 characters or more when using a mixture of 2 types. 8 characters or more when using a mixture of 3 types) For more details, please read the password guidelines.

You can cancel membership to Korean.net by doing the following:


[How to cancel membership]

① Log in using the ID you wish to cancel membership, then click on [My Page] on top.

② From the left menu, click on [Cancel my membership] and enter information.

③ After entering the information, press [Confirm] to complete the process.

You cannot rejoin Korean.net using your old ID. Please consider carefully before canceling membership.
