        가 ) 시나리오 공모 : 대상 1 편 1 천만원 , 우수상 2 편 각 5 백만원
        나 ) 독립영화 공모 : 2 편 선정 , 각 1 천만원

        가 ) PPP 에 선정되는 프로젝트 중 재외동포 감독의 프로젝트 한편에 1 만불 지원 (2006 년 7 월 14 일 접수마감 )
        나 ) 아시안 다큐멘터리 네트워크 (ADN) 지원 프로젝트 중 , 재외동포 감독의 다큐멘터리 프로젝트 한편에 1 만불 지원

재외동포 영화인 대회 (2006 년 신규사업 )

    1) 행사내용
      재외동포 대상 영화공모사업 수상자 5 인 , 재외동포 영화인 펀드 수혜자 2 인 PPP 1 명 , ADN 1 명 ) 외에 심사를 통해
      선정된 8 인 등 총 15 명의 재외동포 영화인을 부산국제영화제 기간 중 초청 , 자신의 작품 및 프로젝트를 국내외
       관계자에게 홍보하고 미팅의 기회를 가질 수 있도록 지원 함 .

        가 ) 재외동포 대상 영화공모사업 시상식 및 PPP/ADN Fund 시상식 참관
        나 ) 영화진흥위원회 부스 이용

OKF Overseas Korean Filmmakers Projects

Overseas Korean Screenplay and Independent Film Contest(Co-sponsored by Korean Film Council)

    1) Prizes:
        a) Screenplay Category: Grand Prize (1) with 10 Million Won, Honorable Mentions (2) each with 5 Million Won
        b) Independent Film Category: 2 selections, each with 10 Million Won

    2) Entries are accepted from Monday, June 5, 2006 to Friday, July 7, 2006

Overseas Korean Filmmaker Fund Project (OKF Filmmaker Fund is newly established at Pusan International Film Festival)

    1) Funding Details:
        a) US $10,000 to one overseas Korean filmmaker '''' s project that is selected for Pusan Promotion Plan (PPP)
           at Pusan International Film Festival (Application Deadline: July 14, 2006)
        b) US $10,000 to one overseas Korean filmmaker '''' s documentary project that is selected for Asian Network
           of Documentary (AND) at Pusan International Film Festival (Application Deadline: July 29, 2006)

Overseas Korean Filmmakers Congress (New project in 2006)

    1) Description of the Project:
      Total of 15 selected overseas Korean filmmakers (which include 5 OKF Screenplay & Independent Film Contest
      award recipients and 2 Overseas Korean Filmmaker Fund recipients-one PPP & one AND) will be invited during
      the Pusan International Film Festival to share their work and projects with local and international filmmakers and
      other film industry professionals for publicity and promotion.

    2) Dates: October 15 – 20, 2006 (5 nights 6 days)

    3) Program:
        a) Participation in the OKF Screenplay & Independent Film Contest award ceremony as well as PPP/AND Fund award ceremony
        b) Use of Korean Film Council booth during the event
        c) Networking with local and international filmmakers and others.

    4) Application Deadline: August 11, 2006

    5) Round trip airfare and accommodation will be provided by Overseas Koreans Foundation.
